Delete Your Account

At NMD X1 E , we respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account:

1. Open the NMD X1 E mobile application.

2. Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to permanently delete your account.

Alternatively, contact us at nmdmotomotorcycles@gmail.com  and include your registered email address and a request to delete your account.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove profile information, account credentials, user-generated content associated exclusively with your account, app preferences and settings, and other personal data linked to your account.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security purposes, or financial and tax record obligations.

Retention Period

Account deletion requests are processed within two days. Any retained information will be securely stored only for the period required by law or legitimate business purposes.
